For many years, Bernardo’s has been producing jams, mojos and liqueurs on Lanzarote using traditional, small-batch methods. Whenever possible, the fruits and ingredients come from the Canary Islands, preserving the authentic island taste in every jar.
Behind Bernardo’s is a small artisan workshop that has been creating jams, spreads, mojos and liqueurs on Lanzarote for more than two decades. It all began as a handmade jam kitchen where fruit was gently cooked with time and patience. To this day, Bernardo’s remains true to these roots: small batches, carefully selected ingredients and recipes that evoke traditional homemade cooking.
The range extends from fruity classics to typical Canarian specialities made with tuno indio, papaya and other tropical blends. It is rounded off by red and green mojos and fine liqueurs that have become a staple in many local kitchens. Whenever possible, Bernardo’s relies on local or regional raw materials to strengthen the “Elaborado en Canarias” identity and keep transport distances short. The result is a collection of products that are perfect as special gifts – or simply to treat yourself to a jar full of Lanzarote flavour.
